Terms and Conditions of Stay
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
Check-out
Check-out must take place between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior notification to the property.
A fee of €10.00 per day applies for each pet.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults for pricing and occupancy purposes.
Guests under the age of 18 may only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parties and Events
Hen parties, stag parties, and similar events are not permitted on the property.
Respect for the Environment and Property
To preserve the surrounding natural environment and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, visitors are kindly requested to:
- Not leave food or food waste outdoors.
- Keep mosquito screens closed whenever possible.
- Treat all indoor and outdoor areas of the property with care and respect.
Security Deposit
For 'Entire Property' bookings only, a refundable security deposit of €800.00 is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash.
The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property and provided that no damage, loss, or breach of these terms has occurred during the stay.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of €0.70 per person, per night applies.
The tourist tax does not apply to guests under the age of 16 and must be paid according to the procedures communicated by the property.

Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation and accessing the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Stay in their entirety.
