Entire Property — Exclusive Use

Agripodere Il Falco can be rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of your group, accommodating up to 24 people. Two stone buildings dating back to the 1500s, 21 hectares of woodland and olive groves, a panoramic saltwater pool all to yourselves: a space to be together, at your own pace, away from everything.

It is the ideal solution for extended families, groups of friends, organised retreats, private events, corporate stays, or for anyone looking for a home to retreat to for weeks or months, in summer as in winter.

The main farmhouse of 350 sqm houses 10 rooms with private bathrooms, some with panoramic views over the Apuan Alps and the Lunigiana landscape, some equipped for guests with mobility disabilities. The interiors recall the simplicity of rural life: stone walls, exposed wooden beams, underfloor heating and modern windows for maximum comfort in every season. To preserve the quiet and positive sense of seclusion that define this place, the rooms are not equipped with a television; free wifi is available throughout the property.

Available exclusively for your group:

• Panoramic saltwater pool (12x6 m) with solarium and outdoor shower, available primarily during high season and depending on weather conditions.
• Living room of approximately 50 sqm overlooking the landscape, a shared space for meals and time together.
• Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with electric hobs, barbecue, fridge, oven and cookware, for the group to manage meals and breakfasts independently.
• Panoramic terrace of 50 sqm overlooking the valley.
• Indoor room for meetings, group activities, courses and workshops.
• Ample private parking for guests.

The fully equipped outdoor kitchen allows the group to manage meals and breakfasts in complete autonomy. For those looking for a more curated experience, the trattoria service is available on request with ample advance notice: dishes with genuine flavours prepared in the tradition of Lunigiana cuisine, using ingredients from our own farm production (extra virgin olive oil, vegetables and jams) complemented by products from carefully selected local farms.

The property is available for a range of stay formats: weekends and summer weeks, organised retreats and residencies in all seasons, winter stays, and longer residencies of 2 to 3 months. Pets are welcome at the property with a daily supplement, subject to the following rules:

• Allowed in: accommodation, common areas, pool area (not in the water)
